Shipping

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (excluding holidays).
Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been fulfilled.
A shipment confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order ships.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed once your order is fulfilled.
If tracking shows delivered but not located, please check your property and allow up to 72 hours for arrival.
If still missing after 72 hours, contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and file a missing package claim.
OTIN is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags attached.
To request a return, email admin@otinwear.com with your Order Number and subject line “Return Request.”
Approved returns will receive a return shipping label.
Items that do not meet eligibility requirements may incur a restocking or handling fee.
